Dr. Sylvia Chi is a Development Assistant at Canadian Blood Services in Ottawa, with several years of research experience in translational science, particularly in transfusion safety, platelet biology, and host–pathogen interactions.
Ordained in Norway in 2014, she served as a lead pastor at the Overcomers Chapel International Church, and later in Canada in pastoral and women’s leadership roles at All Nations Church and the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Chapel of the Healing Cross, Ottawa. She now serves with her husband at The Salvation of God Ministries International.
Dr. Chi is passionate about empowering and supporting women in their spiritual journey, encouraging them to discover and fulfill their God-given purpose. She brings both professional expertise and faith-based leadership experience to support the mission of Canada Virtuous Women (CAVIWO).
