Adeline Akwa serves as the President, Board Chair, and founding member of Canada Virtuous Women (CAVIWO). She is passionate about empowering women, strengthening families, and supporting community development through leadership, advocacy, and service.

Professionally, Adeline is a Registered Nurse at The Ottawa Hospital, where she has provided compassionate healthcare services for over eleven years. Her commitment to improving lives extends beyond healthcare and into community outreach and international development.

Prior to her nursing career in Canada, Adeline worked as a Field Trainer with Positive Vision Cameroon in collaboration with Plan Cameroon, contributing to community-based initiatives focused on education, empowerment, and capacity building.

As part of her ongoing commitment to CAVIWO's mission, Adeline participated in a recent humanitarian and community outreach mission to Cameroon, where she supported the organization's efforts to empower women, children, and underserved communities.
